オンスケ？
２日程日記空いちゃいましたが、仕事が忙しくなるとネタがないんですよね。ってな訳で、御容赦下さいまし〜
それはそれとして、本題。
醗酵がかなりおさまってきたんで、当初の予定通り本日澱引きを決行。比重で見る限りは、まずまずの出来具合いなんですが、味見をしてみると、思ったよりも薄いカンジ。もっと濃い〜のを期待してたんですがねぇ。ま、今はいわゆる気が抜けた状態なんで、泡が入ると多少は違うんでしょうか。
とりあえず、まだ目標の比重には達してなかったんで、もうちょっと醗酵させてから瓶詰めの予定（来週末くらいかな）。さて、どんなカンジになるやら・・・
